Element de cerca en una matriu ordenada
Donada una matriu ordenada juntament amb[][] de mida n × m i un nombre enter x determinar si x està present a la matriu.
La matriu s'ordena de la següent manera:
- Cada fila s'ordena en ordre creixent.
- El primer element de cada fila és més gran o igual que l'últim element de la fila anterior
(és a dir, mat[i][0] ≥ mat[i−1][m−1] per a tot 1 ≤ i < n).
Exemples:
Entrada: x = 14 mat[][] = [[ 1 5 9]
[14 20 21]
[30 34 43]]
Sortida: veritat
Explicació: El valor14està present a la segona fila, primera columna de la matriu.Entrada: x = 42 mat[][] = [[ 1 5 9 11]
[14 20 21 26]
[30 34 43 50]]
Sortida: fals
Explicació: El valor42no apareix a la matriu.

C++La idea és recórrer tota la matriu mat[][] i comparar cada element amb x. Si un element coincideix amb la x, retornarem true. En cas contrari, al final del recorregut tornarem false.

[Millor enfocament] Ús de la cerca binària dues vegades - O (log n + log m) temps i O (1) espai
Primer localitzem la fila on podria estar l'objectiu x mitjançant la cerca binària i després tornem a aplicar la cerca binària dins d'aquesta fila. Per trobar la fila correcta fem una cerca binària als primers elements de la fila del mig.
Implementacions pas a pas:
=> Comença amb baix = 0 i alt = n - 1.
=> Si x és més petit que el primer element de la fila central (a[mit][0]), aleshores x serà més petit que tots els elements de les files >= mid, així que actualitzeu alt = mig - 1.
=> Si x és més gran que el primer element de la fila central (a[mit][0]), llavors x serà més gran que tots els elements de les files < mid so store the current mid row and update low = mid + 1.
Un cop hem trobat la fila correcta, podem aplicar la cerca binària dins d'aquesta fila per cercar l'element objectiu x.

La idea és considerar la matriu donada com a matriu 1D i aplicar només una cerca binària.
Per exemple, per a una matriu de mida n x m i podem considerar-la com una matriu 1D de mida n*m, el primer índex seria 0 i l'últim índex seria n*m-1. Per tant, hem de fer una cerca binària de baix = 0 a alt = (n*m-1).
Com trobar l'element a la matriu 2D corresponent a l'índex = mig?
C++Com que cada fila de mat[][] tindrà m elements perquè puguem trobar el fila de l'element com (mitjana/m) i el columna de l'element com (mitjans % m) . Aleshores podem comparar x amb arr[mid/m][mid%m] per a cada mid i completar la nostra cerca binària.
